Copyright: Penny Riddoch Photography is the sole author of the photographic images and any written material that has been commissioned. Penny Riddoch Photography retains the entire copyright at all times.

License to use: Where a License to use has been granted, the Client shall have the right to use the images and material in the media and elsewhere as set out in the License Agreement . Where payment has been offered by the media to the Client NO license rights exist and any media reproduction requires explicit permission from Penny Riddoch Photography (the Copyright owner). Any extended usage beyond the agreed period of time must be with the written consent of Penny Riddoch Photography and may be subject to a further licensing fee. The License is not transferable without Penny Riddoch Photography’s written consent.

Moral rights: Penny Riddoch Photography must be explicitly recognised and accredited with copyright ownership of the images and any written material in all instances of reproduction including trade and mainstream publications and websites.
