One of Queensland’s finest wedding suppliers, Penny Riddoch Photography was honoured at the 12th Queensland Annual Bridal Industry Awards held at Royal on the Park Hotel, Brisbane on the 17th of August. The Chairman of the ABIA, Mr. John O’ Meara congratulated Penny Riddoch Photography on the achievement as a Finalist of Photography category. Mr. O’ Meara said that Penny Riddoch Photography should be extremely proud of the achievement especially when one considers that 1,571 wedding suppliers were nominated for the 2010 Queensland ABIA Awards.

Mr. O’ Meara went onto say that it was business like Penny Riddoch Photography which complimented and elevated the wedding industry with their attention to detail, pride, passion and professional manner in which they delivered their wedding product to the customer.

The Abia’s are a much sought-after Award for Australian wedding suppliers as they are determined by the votes of past brides. Penny Riddoch Photography were nominated for the ABIA based on the quality of product, quality of service, value for money and the attitude of the staff who serviced the brides needs, before, during and after their wedding day.

The 300 attendees were informed by Mr John O’ Meara that the recent launch of the Academy’s new online national rating system was an instant success with both brides and suppliers. In the first 3 months of operation, the new online rating system attracted over 14,000 brides who registered their interest in determining the winners and finalist of the State ABIA Awards.
